Soft and billowy, this sourdough flat bread is slapped, stretched, and shaped by hand. It can be used to scoop up dip and hummus or split open to pocket any sandwich fillings. This Syrian bread, inspired by The Beekeeper of Aleppo, is made with soft artisan bread flour, local honey, ultra premium extra virgin olive oil, and an ample amount of sourdough. Dress it up with a crumble of ricotta and a drizzle of honey or top with za'atar, fresh herbs, and an infused olive oil.

Due to the longer process of making the product, Novel Breads Co. requires that preorders be placed 3 MORNINGS prior to pickup date AT THE LATEST for orders under 4 items, ONE WEEK's Notice for orders larger than 4 and ONE MONTH's NOTICE for customized orders and orders over 10 items. Any orders placed outside these parameters can not be guaranteed.
