Novel Breads Co. is now carrying Mama Rosa's delicious PIzza Sauce along with fresh sourdough pizza dough. You can purchase them together or separately.
The pizza dough is made with the flavorful homegrown sourdough along with a light infusion of local red fife wheat (a heritage grain grown locally in Pennsylvania. The dough has been fully developed, so all you have to do is roll it out, add sauce and toppings, and bake. Bake in an oven-proof skillet or on a pizza stone for a thicker pizza or roll out into a 8"-10" thin crust pizza. The dough can also be made into personal calzones or stromboli. Bake between 450-475F, for 15-20 minutes (adjust time and temperature according to your oven).
