Italian Lemon Ricotta Bread

Lightly sweet and lemony, this Italian Lemon Ricotta Bread is a celebration of spring. Each bite is soft and tender from the infusion of lemon-infused olive oil and the creamy morsels of ricotta cheese, all of which is finished off with the zing of lemon zest. With the combination of flavors, this holiday bread is the lighter version of an Italian cheesecake.
