Burrata Cheese Bread

Inspired by Rebecca Serle's novel, One Italian Summer, the Burrata Cheese Bread is an incredibly savory sourdough. Made out of the Pesto Italiano dough that has been infused with pesto olive oil and Calabrian peppers, this sourdough is also stuffed with a delicious ball of burrata cheese. Serve warmed and as an appetizer or slice and make into an extra cheesy grilled cheese. This bread is also delicious as a savory french toast. 

*We recommend heating this bread in an oven, microwave, skillet or toaster oven. We don't recommend heating in a traditional toaster as the cheese will melt in the coils.
