A Sourdough Experience

Come spend an afternoon with literary baker, Heather Sprague of Novel Breads Co. as she teaches participants the essentials about sourdough baking. Participants will get the experience of weighing, mixing and shaping their own sourdough. They will also learn about the wide range of sourdough flavor through sampling of bread. This is a hands on baking and tasting event. Participants must bring own bowl and apron (medium size bowl, 3-4 quart size). 

Class size is limited to 30.

*Due to the popularity of the class, refunds will not be available. However, if you're not able to make it, you can have someone else come in your place (if that is the case, please contact me with the name and phone number of the person taking your place).

*Each participant will walk away with a freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread, mixed dough for baking another loaf at home, a sourdough starter, bread samples, information handouts and a fun and unique experience!
