Mushrooms paired with bread are delicious additions to any hearty Thanksgiving feast. Saturated with a couple types of mushrooms and enlivened with chives, this sourdough is earthy, savory and incredibly aromatic. Its flavors are further enhanced by the blend of wheat, teff and sweet brown rice flour.
