Spicy Rosemary Cocoa Bread

With an herby zest of rosemary and a finishing zing of cayenne, this cocoa bread delivers delightful surprises with each bite. Bits of rich dark chocolate sweeten the gentle chocolate curves of the cocoa in this mildly sweet sourdough.

*Slice and warm in the microwave. Serve as an appetizer with cream cheese or goat cheese. Use it to compliment a side of chocolate pasta, or add a dollop of ice cream and whipped cream for a delicious dessert.

*This interesting combination of flavors was inspired from a brownie in the food novel, Dreaming In Chocolate by Susan Bishop Crispell.
